NSTS is keeping in regular communication with all the relevant industry bodies & will publish updates as information becomes available.
Red Tractor Assurance scheme members are required to have a test date confirmed by the Test Centre if there has been any delay to when a test was due to be carried out. You should contact the Certification Body for further clarification. 
Scottish Quality Crops (SQC). The SQC Derogation was withdrawn on 1st March 2021 and growers are advised that a valid NSTS Certificate is required (subject to sprayer age). Any grower without a valid test is advised to book this ASAP. Any spraying operations undertaken without a valid NSTS Certificate will result in a Non-Conformance.

Sprayers that have not been tested within the relevant timescales, NSTS recommends using the Operator Check List which can be downloaded here
